I showed up today, nervously walked in after getting horrible service from Reliable Gun 10 minutes prior. It was my first time trying to purchase a firearm as I am recently licensed, I met a gentleman name Scott who was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered all my stupid noob questions, showed me a variety of firearms, and told me what he liked and how he would set it up. I knew a few things I wanted, as I recently shot a few of my friends firearms, he explained each thing in detail, was never pushy, and you could tell he was very passionate about what he did. I walked out of there feeling very good, I spent about $2200 on a firearm, and everything that you'd need to go with it, and I was happy to do so. I am looking forward to supporting this business further in the future (likely sooner than what I want) thanks to Scott's great customer service. Side note - avoid reliable gun, I posted a review about my negative experience there today.

I live in Calgary, Alberta, a City with a number of Sporting Goods stores; yet no one here could do what Joe and his team did at Italian Sporting Goods. Customer service was outstanding, at every step of the process, they did everything to ensure my custom order was completed, to my satisfaction. I am very grateful and will be a returning customer, for all my sporting goods needs.

This is a shooting and hunting store in Vancouver with a wide variety of guns, ammunition, and other supplies needed for hunting and recreational shooting in BC. The store has lots of equipment in stock all the time, from low end cheap stuff to very high end precision products used today. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and gives good advice. I recommend this store for everyday hunting and shooting needs.
